Cruz Review: Skinny-Bitches-truth will send ya running

'Wondering if I secretly might want to be a 'Skinny Bitch...yeah, I'm shooting for just a healthy-living-bitch.

Like this book Skinny Bitch -- (that I just heard on audiotape)-- 'they also give a thumbs down to diets, and instead put an emphasis on healthier eating.

'Did you know you could rewire your taste-buds to thinking broccoli is oh-so-umm-umm-yummy?

'course while today its all 'bout just 'saying no to diets' ...

'do keep in mind, too much of anything isn't good either (so portion control please, and some exercising is also suggested).

'not sure about the whole vegan thing they push in this book...umm, not just yet -- (ask me again in a few years);

'my goal is to embrace foods like more fruits, veggies, nuts, olive oil, avocados, and those high-complex carbs -- (all goodies that are Skinny Bitch approved)...but, I also include lean meats and fish into my diet, sorry bitches.

I gotta' warn ya' though, reading Skinny Bitch -- (by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin), is not for the faint of heart.

Its conversational tone does talk to you like a girlfriend might, enlightening readers to the consequences of our piggish-eating-habits and offers healthier alternatives...but...

This book also goes-where I know I don't need-to-know, the darker-side of how meat gets on your plate -- (that truth might send some running, which could also be a good thing towards shedding a few pounds)...'lets just say it's not pretty.
